Privacy statement

Last updated: 26 October 2026

CloudStack is based in New Zealand and handles personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This page explains what the website collects and what happens to it.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message through the contact form, CloudStack receives your name, your email address, your company name if you enter one, the service you selected, and the message you wrote.

Why it is collected

Only to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to go ahead, to arrange the engagement you asked about. It is not used for marketing lists and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Where it goes

The form is checked for spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, then delivered to CloudStack's mailbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Each of these providers processes the data only to deliver the message.

How long it is kept

Your message stays in CloudStack's mailbox for as long as the conversation is relevant. If you want it removed sooner, email hello@stackbrew.io and it will be deleted.

No cookies, no analytics

This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The Turnstile spam check on the contact form is operated by Cloudflare and may set a cookie of its own; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Your rights and how to contact CloudStack

You can ask what information CloudStack holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@stackbrew.io. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of New Zealand.
